Pada Kamis, 10 Oktober 2024, SMK
Negeri 2 Kalianda menyambut kedatangan perwakilan dari PT. Central Proteina
Prima, yang diwakili oleh Bapak Sabar Adrikson Purba, selaku Head of HR &
GA Lower Sumatra, WJ & Banten. Bapak Sabar hadir bersama dua tim lainnya,
yaitu Bapak Nuryadi, selaku Head of GA Kalianda, Suak, & Bangka, serta
Bapak Wahyu Fatriansyah, selaku Head of Management Outsourcing. Kunjungan ini
bertujuan untuk meninjau langsung lokasi SMK Negeri 2 Kalianda dan membahas
rencana kerja sama magang kerja.
SMK Negeri 2
Kalianda, berupaya keras untuk menjalin hubungan dengan berbagai perusahaan
ternama, salah satunya PT. Central Proteina Prima. Hasil kerja keras dari Tim
SMK Negeri 2 Kalianda membuahkan hasil dengan adanya hubungan magang ini. Kerja
sama ini membuka peluang bagi peserta didik yang sedang menjalani Praktek Kerja
Lapangan (PKL) maupun yang telah lulus, untuk berpartisipasi dalam program
magang dan bekerja di PT. Central Proteina Prima.
Selama
kunjungan tersebut, para perwakilan perusahaan meninjau perkembangan program
keahlian yang tersedia di SMK Negeri 2 Kalianda untuk melihat program mana saja
yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan standar industri mereka. Dengan peninjauan
ini, diharapkan dapat terjalin kolaborasi yang lebih efektif dalam menyiapkan
peserta didik SMK Negeri 2 Kalianda memasuki dunia kerja dengan keterampilan
yang sesuai dengan industri.
Kerja sama ini
tidak hanya memberikan manfaat langsung bagi SMK Negeri 2 Kalianda akan tetapi bermanfaat
juga bagi perusahaan PT. Central Proteina Prima yang dimana perusahaan dapat menyeleksi
sumber daya Manuasia sesuai dengan Kriteria Perusahaan yang diinginkan, melalui
magang kerja di perusahaan PT. Central Proteina Prima.
Semoga kerja sama antara SMK
Negeri 2 Kalianda dan PT. Central Proteina Prima terus berjalan dengan baik dan
berkelanjutan. Kemitraan ini sangat bermanfaat bagi kedua belah pihak, serta
memberikan peluang yang besar bagi para siswa untuk mendapatkan pengalaman
berharga di dunia industri. Semoga kerja sama ini dapat berkembang lebih jauh
lagi dan menciptakan dampak positif yang berkelanjutan bagi semua yang
terlibat.
