Kalianda, 31 Oktober 2024 – Program literasi inovatif Melita (Membaca Menulis dan Bercerita) yang dikembangkan oleh SMK Negeri 2 Kalianda berhasil memperoleh respon positif dari berbagai sekolah dan tokoh pendidikan dalam acara Lokakarya Panen Karya Aksi Nyata untuk kepala SMK PK dan Guru Penggerak 4.0 Tahun 2024 Regional III. Acara ini diselenggarakan mulai Kamis hingga Sabtu, 31 Oktober hingga 2 November 2024, di Hotel Holiday Inn Cikarang, Kabupaten Bekasi, Jawa Barat.
Program Melita, yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan literasi di kalangan siswa SMK, memperkenalkan metode pembelajaran yang interaktif dan relevan dengan perkembangan era digital. Tak hanya dari berbagai kepala sekolah dan guru yang hadir, Melita juga mendapat apresiasi khusus dari dua pengembang modul Guru Penggerak, Bapak Aditia Dharma dan Ibu Welin Han, yang memuji pendekatan inovatif program tersebut.
“Program literasi Melita sangat sejalan dengan kebutuhan pendidikan masa kini. Melita bukan hanya berfokus pada peningkatan kemampuan membaca, tetapi juga membantu siswa mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan kreatif, yang menjadi bekal penting di dunia kerja modern,” ujar Bapak Aditia Dharma dalam sambutannya.
Sementara itu, Ibu Welin Han menambahkan bahwa Melita bisa menjadi inspirasi bagi guru-guru penggerak dalam menciptakan program literasi lainnya yang mendukung pengembangan potensi siswa. “Pendekatan yang digunakan Melita sangat bervariasi, menggunakan teknologi digital dan aktivitas interaktif, yang membuat siswa lebih tertarik dan termotivasi dalam belajar literasi,” ujarnya.
Acara yang berlangsung di Hotel Holiday Inn Cikarang, dihadiri oleh para kepala SMK dan Guru Penggerak dari seluruh Indonesia, dan menjadi momen penting untuk berbagi karya nyata, ide, dan inovasi yang mendukung peningkatan kualitas pendidikan kejuruan. Program Melita menjadi salah satu sorotan utama di antara berbagai inovasi yang dipamerkan selama kegiatan lokakarya berlangsung.
Dengan apresiasi ini, Melita diharapkan dapat terus dikembangkan dan diterapkan lebih luas, menjadi inspirasi bagi lebih banyak sekolah untuk mengembangkan program literasi yang mampu menjawab tantangan pendidikan di era 4.0.
