Kalianda, Rabu, 18 September 2024 – SMK Negeri 2 Kalianda menggelar peringatan Maulid Nabi Muhammad SAW yang jatuh pada 12 Rabiul Awal dengan penuh khidmat. Acara ini berlangsung di Ruang Praktik Siswa (RPS) Teknologi Konstruksi dan Properti dan dimulai pada pukul 08.00 WIB. Kegiatan tersebut dihadiri oleh seluruh peserta didik, guru, dan staf sekolah.
Acara dibuka secara resmi oleh Wakil Kepala Sekolah Bidang Kesiswaan, Bapak Dr. Feriyansyah, M.Pd., yang menyampaikan sambutannya. Dalam pidatonya, beliau mengingatkan pentingnya meneladani akhlak Nabi Muhammad SAW dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, terutama bagi generasi muda.
Setelah pembukaan, acara dilanjutkan dengan penampilan rebana yang dibawakan oleh siswa-siswa SMK Negeri 2 Kalianda, menambah suasana religius dan semarak. Selanjutnya, ekstrakurikuler Rohani Islam (ROHIS) mempersembahkan sandiwara kisah Uwais al-Qarni, seorang tokoh terkenal dalam sejarah Islam yang dikenal karena baktinya kepada orang tua.
Puncak acara diisi dengan ceramah agama yang disampaikan oleh Ustad Suhendar, S.Pd.I. Dalam ceramahnya, Ustad Suhendar menyampaikan pesan-pesan moral yang relevan dengan kehidupan para siswa, mengajak mereka untuk terus meneladani sifat-sifat mulia Nabi Muhammad SAW dalam hal kesabaran, kejujuran, dan kedermawanan.
Acara diakhiri dengan doa penutup yang dipimpin oleh Ustad Fuad Salim, memohon keberkahan dan keselamatan bagi seluruh warga sekolah serta umat Muslim secara keseluruhan.
Peringatan Maulid Nabi ini menjadi momen berharga bagi keluarga besar SMK Negeri 2 Kalianda untuk memperkuat iman dan persatuan serta mengenang teladan agung Nabi Muhammad SAW.
